What’s your customs/duty policy?

Customs/duty fees can pop up when goods cross borders, depending on local laws. If you’re in the EU (including Switzerland, Germany, and Austria), you won’t see these charges.

All Outside Switzerland and EU:You might be responsible. We can’t predict or cover those fees, so check your local customs office if you’re unsure.

My delivery’s is missed—what now?

You’ll get an email when your order ships. Sometimes, postal carriers have delays out of our control. Small envelopes don’t always update at every transit step, so the tracking might only update upon delivery.If you’re still worried, email us.

How do I update my shipping address?

If we haven’t processed your order yet:

  • Your new shipping address

If it’s already in processing:
We can’t make changes once it’s at that stage—sorry!

What’s my order status, and how do I track it?

Check your inbox for a shipping confirmation that includes a tracking number. Click that link to watch it travel!

My tracking link isn’t working

Once you’ve got a confirmation, your package is on the move. Because we ship in smaller envelopes, the tracking may be limited, but don’t worry—it’s en route.

Tracking says “delivered” but I don’t see it

Occasionally, carriers mark items delivered before they actually arrive. Give it 2–3 business days—most of the time, it shows up within that window.Otherwise, email us at help@tattup.shop.

My package was returned to sender. Now what?

That’s definitely a bummer. Often it happens due to a wrong address or a missed pickup notice. If your tracking says “Returned To Sender,” drop us a line at help@tattup.com, and we’ll work on a solution.
